What it takes to win


The first and most important aspect of a successful season is setting a target. This target has to be measurable and time-bound.


You need to be really clear about whether you have achieved your target by answering a simple, Yes or No.


This target should be something you can control. Aiming to win isn't a good target, but it's a great dream or wish.


Once you have established the target, you have to work out the gap between where you are now and where you want to be...and how you will go about closing these gaps.
