1-to-1 Coaching

ESSENTIALS

Cost:  $300 pm

(If you are a U19 / U17, I provide the Elite service at this price + individual support as discussed).

 

  • A personal What it Takes to Win annual plan (WITTW).​
     

  • Your daily training schedule will be delivered through the TrainingPeaks online platform.
     

  • Fortnightly communication to discuss progress and refine your plan (via email/WhatsApp).
     

  • Monthly training session analysis, review and reporting.

Option 1

ELITE

Cost:  $600 pm 

  • A personal What it Takes to Win plan (WITTW)

  • Includes in-depth interviews to understand your goals and challenges and review your training, performance data and results.
     

  • Your daily training schedule will be delivered through TrainingPeaks online platform.
     

  • As needed communication to discuss progress and refine your plan (via Phone/Video/Email/Text).
     

  • Key training session analysis, review and reporting.

  • Nutrition / Health advice

  • Mental game plan

  • Monthly performance analysis, video coaching session (could be aero set up or tactical execution review).

Option 2

PREMIUM

  • A holistic performance support service, ensuring no stone is left unturned
     

  • A personal What it Takes to Win plan (WITTW).

  • Includes  in-depth interviews to understand your goals and challenges and review your training, performance data and results.
     

  • Your daily training will be delivered through the TrainingPeaks online platform.
     

  • As needed communication to discuss progress and refine your plan (via Phone/Video/Email/Text).

  • Key training session analysis, review and reporting.
     

  • Performance support - expert advisors will be integrated into your plan on a needs basis. This will give you world-class support aligned to your individual needs – support will be bespoke and individualised (e.g. performance psychology, performance nutrition, performance aerodynamics, power and strength, sports medicine and health)
